McIntyre to be Treasurer of Local ABOTA Chapter

Monty A. McIntyre will be the treasurer of the San Diego Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, or ABOTA, in 2012. He served as chapter secretary in 2011 and board member in 2010. McIntyre is in line to become the president in 2014, following a progression of remaining board positions that includes vice president.
He is a shareholder with Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek and focuses his practice on complex business and real estate litigation, first party bad faith litigation, and personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
McIntyre also practices alternative dispute resolution and serves as a private mediator, arbitrator and private judge. He is an approved mediator on the San Diego Superior Court mediator panel. McIntyre has been a member of ABOTA since 1995.
