Seltzer Caplan Attorneys Listed in Best Lawyers

A dozen lawyers from Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2012. Lawrence Branton, Robert Caplan, James Dawe, David Dorne, Charles Goldberg, Patrick Hall, Monty McIntyre, Gerald McMahon, Brian Seltzer, Greg Vega, Reg Vitek and Dennis Wickham were all listed.
Caplan and Goldberg have been recognized the longest, having been included in Best Lawyers since the publication’s inception in 1983. Branton has been recognized since 1987 while McMahon and Dawe both have been listed since 1993.
McIntyre, listed for commercial litigation, and Vega, listed for white-collar criminal defense, were recognized for the first time. Three of the firm’s lawyers are listed in multiple categories: McMahon (5), Vitek (2) and Dawe (2).
