Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek is pleased to announce that Daniel W. Abbott has been named as a shareholder of the firm.
Abbott practices in the areas of general business, real estate, and corporate transactions, business and real estate litigation, complex commercial disputes, and trust and probate disputes. Prior to becoming a member, Abbott was an associate with the firm. Abbott received his B.A., cum laude¸ from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Davis in 2001.
