Twelve lawyers from Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek were recently selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2012 (Copyright 2011 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.).
Lawrence Branton, Robert Caplan, James Dawe, David Dorne, Charles Goldberg, Patrick Hall, Monty McIntyre, Gerald McMahon, Brian Seltzer, Greg Vega, Reg Vitek and Dennis Wickham were all listed.
McIntyre (Commercial Litigation) and Vega (Criminal Defense: White-Collar) were recognized for the first time. The other lawyers have been continuously listed for numerous years. Those recognized the longest include Caplan and Goldberg (since 1983), Branton (since 1987), McMahon and Dawe (both since 1993). Three of the firm’s lawyers are listed in multiple categories: McMahon (5), Vitek (2) and Dawe (2).
