David J. Zubkoff

David J. Zubkoff is a shareholder of the firm and his primary areas of practice are complex business litigation and general civil litigation.
Education Background
Mr. Zubkoff obtained his undergraduate education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as a Morehead Scholar, and was awarded a B.A. degree with highest honors and distinction in 1987. He received his law degree, cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1990.
Employment Background
After graduating from law school, Mr. Zubkoff served as judicial law clerk to the Hon. Gordon Thompson, Jr., Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Mr. Zubkoff then joined Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek (at that time named Seltzer Caplan Wilkins & McMahon) as an associate attorney in 1992 and was made a shareholder of the firm in 1996.
