Elinor T. Merideth
Firm Member
Elinor T. Merideth is a shareholder of the firm. Her practice includes estate planning, estate and gift tax, trust administration, and fiduciary law, all designed to preserve and transfer family assets. Ms. Merideth also handles probate, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
Education Background
Ms. Merideth received her B.A., with special honors, from Wellesley College in 1963. She earned her Ph.D. in history from the University of Chicago in 1974 and her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1980, where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review.
Representative Matters
- Represents fiduciaries/beneficiaries of estates and trusts of over $1 million in value
- Represents clients planning estates of $1 million to any amount, including irrevocable gift and insurance trusts, charitable trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies
