Joseph P. Martinez II is a shareholder practicing in the areas of business and real estate transactions. Mr. Martinez represents real property owners, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders, and his expertise encompasses a variety of sophisticated real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, equity investment and secured lending transactions. Mr. Martinez is fluent in Spanish as well as English.
Education Background
Mr. Martinez received his B.A., cum laude, from Harvard College in 1992. He earned his law degree from Harvard University Law School in 1996 where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Latino Law Review.
