Lawrence S. Branton is “Of Counsel” with the law firm of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek. He is certified by the State Bar of California as a Specialist in Taxation Law. Mr. Branton’s practice emphasizes tax law, estate planning, and employee benefits.
