Neal P. Panish
Firm Member
Neal P. Panish is a shareholder of the firm who practices business, real property and intellectual property litigation, serving as lead counsel for a variety of clients in trials and arbitrations.
Education Background
Mr. Panish received his B.A. in economics from the University of California, San Diego in 1983. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Loyola Law School in 1987, where he was a staff member and Note and Comment Editor of the International and Comparative Law Journal.
Representative Matters
- Handled complex real estate litigation representing large property owners in real estate disputes, commercial landlord/tenant disputes and condemnation proceedings resulting from public projects, including State Route 56, the widening of Interstate 5, and the Carmel Valley Restoration and Enhancement Project
- Prosecute specific performance actions for real estate developers
- Defend and prosecute real property title insurance claims
- Defend real estate developers and contractors in construction-related litigation
- Defend Political Reform Act litigation
- Defend technology and other companies in alleged trade secret and unfair business practices litigation
