Paul R. Datnow

Paul R. Datnow is a shareholder of the firm practicing in the area of real estate and business transactions and representing clients in all aspects of real estate finance and development. His finance experience includes construction loans, mezzanine loans, securitized loans and permanent and general commercial financing. His development work includes joint-venture agreements, development management agreements, construction agreements and architect agreements. Mr. Datnow represents both landlords and tenants-in-process for leasing matters for office, retail, shopping center and industrial properties. He has substantial experience in advising and guiding clients through the California Department of Real Estate, for both new condominium development projects and condominium conversions.
Education Background
Mr. Datnow received his B.A. in political science, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1993. He earned his law degree from Columbia University Law School in 1997 where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar in 1995-1996 and 1996-1997. Mr. Datnow was also involved with the Columbia Business Law Review.
