Parisa Weiss named among San Diego’s Women of Influence
Congratulations to SCMV Shareholder Parisa Weiss on being named a “Woman of Influence” by San Diego Metro Magazine. Parisa was selected for the lasting contributions she has made to the legal profession and the San Diego community.
Parisa represents both individuals and businesses in estate planning, trust administration, probate administration and probate conservatorships.
SD Metro highlighted Parisa’s leadership at SCMV serving as supervisor for the summer law clerks and mentoring associates on an ongoing basis and her involvement with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyers Program (SDVLP). Since 2014, she has been a driving force behind SDVLP’s annual Women and Families Resource Fair—a one-day event where families in need can receive legal, medical and social services at one location.
Additionally, Parisa volunteers with the Lawyer’s Club of San Diego’s national-award-winning Human Trafficking Collaborative, participates in the American Civil Liberties Union’s (ACLU) annual “Celebrate the Constitution” program and serves on the board of the La Jolla YMCA.
