Entry Level Associates

Our recruiting goal is to associate men and women who have the attributes necessary to become principals within seven years. We review applicants’ academic, employment and extracurricular accomplishments, seeking as associates persons who have shown they possess integrity, ability, dedication, strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of responsibility. New associates are placed in the department most compatible with the associate’s desire and our firm’s needs. Our firm gives significant responsibility to our lawyers at the earliest time depending on individual ability. Accordingly, new associates may find themselves dealing directly with clients sooner than their contemporaries elsewhere and we reward and advance our associates commensurate with demonstrated individual talent and initiative.
