Daniel W. Abbott is a shareholder of the firm whose practice areas cover a broad range of commercial litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis on real estate, financing, and trust and probate disputes.


Education Background

Mr. Abbott received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997. He earned his law degree from UC, Davis in 2001.

Employment Background

Mr. Abbott served as a judicial extern to Presiding Justice Arthur G. Scotland, California Court of Appeal, Third District. In 2000, Mr. Abbott was selected as an intern with the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, Office of the Prosecutor, Arusha, Tanzania.
