David H. Lichtenstein is an associate whose practice emphasizes general civil litigation, including complex business and real estate litigation.
Education Background
Mr. Lichtenstein received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and history, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005. He earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Lichtenstein was a staff writer for the Journal of Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems. He was also Director of the Trial Advocacy Board, a finalist in the Judge Roy L. Stephenson trial advocacy competition, a teaching assistant for trial advocacy classes, and Coach of the University of Iowa Undergraduate Mock Trial Team.

Prior to joining Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek, Mr. Lichtenstein worked as a summer law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office, Civil Division in Los Angeles in 2006.
