Justine M. Phillips
Associate
Justine M. Phillips is an associate with the firm. The foundation of Ms. Phillips’ litigation practice is her total commitment to client service. She simplifies the management of intricate cases and enhances document identification and retrieval by organizing her cases using state-of-the-art technology. Ms. Phillips has used these tools to successfully defend individuals and business entities in business, personal injury, corporate, construction, fraud, criminal, insurance bad faith, limited liability company, partnership, and real property cases.
Education Background
Ms. Phillips received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of San Diego in 1999. She earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the USD School of Law in 2005. While in law school she was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal, member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity, and participated in the McLennon Moot Court Competition. She was also named to the Order of the Coif.
