Patrick Q. Hall

Patrick Q. Hall is a shareholder of the firm. His practice concentrates on the criminal defense of individuals and corporate entities prosecuted, or under investigation, by state or federal agencies. His cases range from the defense of federal white-collar matters, including anti-trust; fraud; securities fraud; environmental; tax; narcotics; extradition and forfeiture, to the defense of complex state criminal prosecutions, juvenile and administrative actions. He has defended clients in 16 different states throughout the U.S. and has appeared in connection with three different cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.


Education Background

Mr. Hall received his B.A. from Stanford University in 1977. He earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1980.

Employment Background

Prior to the merger of his firm with Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek, Mr. Hall was a partner in the law firm of Goldberg and Hall, specializing in the defense of criminal matters.
