Julie Laporte is an associate in Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek’s Business Department. Her practice encompasses real estate and business transactions.
Ms. Laporte received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA in 2022 where she majored in Political Science, with a concentration in Political Theory, and minored in Environmental Systems and Society. She earned her law degree from USC Gould School of Law in 2025 where she received a merit scholarship.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Laporte worked with in-house counsel at a real estate asset management company, focusing on commercial real estate transactions and investments.
