Kurt Siegal is a senior associate with Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek. With a distinguished career in public service, Mr. Siegal brings over a decade of elite trial and investigative experience to his civil practice. As a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, he led complex federal investigations and prosecuted high-stakes criminal cases, taking numerous matters through trial in federal court. Prior to his service at the Department of Justice, Mr. Siegal served as a prosecutor in the U.S. Navy, where he represented the United States in criminal prosecutions and criminal appeals. Today, Mr. Siegal brings that same level of precision and tenacity to the civil arena. Mr. Siegal received his bachelor's degree in Economics from U.C. Los Angeles, summa cum laude in 2010, and his law degree from the U.C. Berkeley School of Law in 2014.

Prior to joining Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek, Mr. Seigal worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois and a prosecutor for the U. S. Navy.
