Philip B. Adams

Philip Adams is an associate in Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek's Litigation Department. He represents clients primarily in the areas of business litigation, real property development and litigation, probate litigation, and white collar criminal defense.

Education

Mr. Adams earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California in 2010, with a concentration in entrepreneurship. In 2017, he graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as the managing articles editor for the San Diego International Law Journal.

Employment Background

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Mr. Adams worked as law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office in San Diego. He also served as a judicial extern for U.S. District Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo and U.S. Magistrate Judge William V. Gallo.
