Andrea Myers Joins San Diego Bowl Game “RedCoats”
SCMV is pleased to announce that Shareholder Andrea Myers has joined the San Diego Bowl Game Association Committee. Known around San Diego as “The RedCoats,” a nod to the distinctive red blazers they wear, these volunteers are integral to the success of San Diego’s two bowl games--the Holiday Bowl and San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl. RedCoat volunteers promote fundraising and solicit the entertainment needed to put on the nation’s most exciting bowl games! These efforts culminate in filling over 25,000 hotel rooms and generating an annual $35.5 million in economic impact for San Diego during one of the slowest tourism weeks of the year.
