Andrea N. Myers

Ms. Myers is a shareholder with the firm.  She is a trial attorney and represents individuals and companies in litigation involving business transactions, real estate transactions, professional liability, and trust and estates disputes.  Ms. Myers guides clients through all stages of litigation, advocating before judges, juries, and arbitrators.  She successfully balances the practical realities of doing business, while balancing the pragmatism and advocacy required to obtain the best results for her clients.

Ms. Myers has extensive experience in real property law including construction law, land use and development disputes, title litigation, tenancy disputes, and insolvency matters involving real estate. 

Ms. Myers routinely represents clients in business matters, including contract and license claims, products liability and warranty claims, corporate dissolutions, collection matters, UCC disputes, and related commercial disputes.

Ms. Myers represents clients in trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation, with a particular emphasis on will and trust contests, elder abuse matters, breach of fiduciary duty claims, conservatorships and related litigation.

Ms. Myers also represents numerous lawyers and other professionals in complex malpractice, fraud, and ethics disputes.


Ms. Myers received her B.A. in economics and government from Claremont McKenna College in 2003, and her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2008. While in law school Ms. Myers received multiple honors in legal research and writing, and the award for excellence in oral advocacy. She was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Law of the American Democracy.

  • Defended a national retailer in a consumer protection action involving Federal and State Fair Debt Collection Practices and obtained a defense verdict after jury trial and an award of punitive damages on a cross-complaint
  • Represented several local developers, business owners, individuals, and lending institutions in various real property litigation matters ranging from landlord / tenant disputes, title disputes, mechanic’s lien matters, and commercial unlawful detainers
